Draft Desk is built on a foundation of real experience. After studying at university and spending years working within the education sector — supporting students, reviewing applications, and understanding what progression really looks like — I saw first-hand how talented people were let down by a poorly written CVs and more. The skills were there. The experience was there. The document just didn't show it. That's the gap Draft Desk exists to close.
How It Works
Getting a professional CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile has never been easier. Here at Draft Desk, we keep the process simple, fast and affordable. Here's everything you need to know.
Step 1 — Choose Your Service
Browse our services below and select the one that fits your needs. Not sure which to pick? If you already have a CV that needs improving, choose CV Rewrite. Starting from scratch? Go for CV from Scratch. Need to apply for a specific job? Add a Cover Letter. Want recruiters to find you on LinkedIn? Choose LinkedIn Optimisation. You can select multiple services and add-ons in one order.
Step 2 — Fill In Your Details
Once you've selected your service, fill in our simple intake form. This is where you tell us about yourself — your work history, education, skills, and the type of role you're going for. The more detail you give us, the better your document will be. The whole form takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Step 3 — Complete Your Payment
At the end of the form you'll see a summary of your order. Each item in your order has its own Pay button. Simply click each one and complete your payment securely through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card details are never stored by us.
Step 4 — Confirm Your Order
Once all payments are complete, click the green "I've completed all payments" button on the form. This sends your order details directly to us so we can get started straight away.
Step 5 — Receive Your Document
We'll get to work on your document and deliver it straight to your email address. Standard orders are completed within 7 days. If you need it sooner, add DraftDesk Express to your order and we'll deliver the same day, provided your order is placed before 2pm.
CV Rewrite — Important Note
If you've ordered a CV Rewrite, please email your existing CV to drafdeskltd@gmail.com after completing your order. Make sure you use the same name and email address you used when ordering so we can match it to your submission. We can't begin your rewrite until we receive it.
